Vendor Information

Vendor Syllabus

Use the "Forms"  button below to find your relevant Vendor Syllabus! This Vendor Agreement form will answer most of your questions. Make sure to review and follow instructions before the event!

A vendor map will be provided closer to the event time. You will check in upon arrival, and we will assist you in finding your spot if needed. Please follow the instructions of our staff.

Make sure to bring your own tables, chairs, and tents! Don't forget weights for your tents!

Booth Sharing

You may choose one of the following booth-sharing options within your application if desired for select events:

Split Dates: Vendor 1 will have full access to their 10’ x 10’ booth space on their chosen event Date(s) while Vendor 2 will have full access to the same 10’ x 10’ booth space on their chosen event Date(s). Ex: Vendor 1 has full access to Booth #1 on Saturday while Vendor 2 has full access to Booth #1 on Sunday.

Split Booth: Vendor 1 will have full access to half of the 10’ x 10’ booth space (5’ x 5’) on all Event Dates while Vendor 2 will have full access to the other half of the same 10’ x 10’ booth space (5’ x 5’) on the same Event Dates. Ex: Vendor 1 has half of Booth #1 all weekend, while Vendor 2 has the other half of Booth #1 all weekend.

Event Logistics

Family-Friendly times are posted on each event page! Make sure to display "Content Warning" signs for any NSFW items offered at your booth, and try to keep these items out of sight during this time. After 6, the Ghouls are released and we will kick things up a notch.


Please bring some candy so the kids can trick-or-treat with the vendor booths!​

Event schedules and maps will be shared once available. All other logistics are supplied within the Forms page.

Keep an eye on your email! This is where he majority of communications will be made. HauntFest emails will either be through Eventeny or by hauntfestofficial@gmail.com. Sometimes these go to spam, so please check this occasionally.

Other Notes for Vendors

Trick-or-Treating

HauntFest typically hands out trick-or-treating bags for children at our events. Please make sure to bring candy for the kiddos!

Content Warning

Certain events may have different "family-friendly" days or times of day, which will be described on each event page. However, we ask that you ALWAYS display "Content Warning" signs near any 18+ items sold at your booth.

Vendor Syllabus

Please consult your Vendor Agreement prior to emailing us with questions, and refresh yourself on it before each event. This Agreement provides most, if not all, relevant information for vendors. Please also ensure you have read and fully understand expectations as outlined in the Code of Conduct form and Liability Waiver. All three of these forms will be signed during your application process.

Tent Weights

If you are bringing a tent for your booth, please ensure there are weights on all four corners of your tent! We don't want anyone blowing away, as this can be an extreme hazard for yourself and others around you.

Helpers

The number of allowed helpers may vary per event. Please consult your Vendor Syllabus to see how many event passes come with your rental!

Vendor Loyalty Card

For every large event you vend with HauntFest, you will receive one digital "punch" in your Vendor Loyalty Card! These Loyalty Cards will be distributed via email prior to the next large event so you can see where you stand. For your fifth HauntFest event, you will receive 50% off your booth rental, and for your tenth event, you will receive a FREE booth! We look forward to your future card punches!

**Note: This does not include HauntFest Mini events or Promo events - just the full-scale festivals!
