Load-in​​
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Make sure you are ready by 1:30 PM for any early entries. Please follow load-in instructions provided for your specific location.
A vendor map will be provided closer to the event time. You will check in upon arrival, and we will assist you in finding your spot if needed. Please follow the instructions of our staff.
Vendor Hours
1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
There is a hard start, but no hard stop. You can stay as long as you'd like, but cars will only be allowed back inside at 12am for safety reasons.
Make sure to bring your own tables, chairs, and tents! You are allowed to rent more than one 10'x10' space if you wish.
Sundays
Family Friendly Day
Sunday events are family-friendly, so DO NOT offer any explicit or otherwise ‘inappropriate for a 5-year-old’ items. Sundays will be best for more child-friendly items, crafts, games, activities, cute animals, and face painting. Please bring some candy so the kids can trick-or-treat with the vendor booths!​ Friday and Saturday events are more catered to adults. If you carry any explicit items, these two days are safe to display such items.
Lodging
At the NC venue ONLY, there are cabins available for stay. They are small with 9 bunks and a bathroom with small shower. Please visit the "Lodging" page for details. Vendors get a special price for cabins.
